Why Foremark exists

The market entry advisory industry is broken in four consistent ways.

Every company that enters India, UAE, or Singapore without the right structure makes mistakes that take years to unwind. The incentives they miss — PLI schemes worth hundreds of crores, EDB Pioneer Status reducing effective tax to 5%, DIFC zero-tax structures guaranteed for fifty years — are not recoverable. The structural errors are not cheap to fix.

The advisory market that exists to solve this problem reliably fails the same way, with the same four excuses. Foremark was built to be the exception to all four.

01
Associate delivery
The partner you met is not the person running your engagement. A junior associate is. Their institutional relationships are not the ones managing your PLI application or your EDB negotiation.
02
Hourly billing with no outcome accountability
The meter runs regardless of outcome. A delay in regulatory approvals is simply more hours billed. There is no structural incentive for the advisor to move faster or deliver better.
03
Secondary research presented as intelligence
The "intelligence" in most market entry reports comes from aggregated databases and public government portals — sources any company can access themselves. No institutional relationship. No direct access to the regulators who matter.
04
No timeline commitment
"Subject to regulatory timelines" is the sentence that has cost companies years of market opportunity. It is how every other firm protects itself from accountability for delays that are entirely within their control to manage.

The Foremark model

Five commitments. Written into every engagement letter. Non-negotiable.

These are not positioning statements. Every commitment below appears verbatim in the Foremark engagement letter. If any one of them is not met, there is a contractual remedy — refund, withholding, or both — that the client is entitled to enforce without negotiation.

No other market entry firm in any of Foremark's three corridors makes any of these commitments in writing. Foremark makes all five.

01
Your Country Director's name is on the engagement letter
Not "Foremark Global." Not "our team." A named individual with 18–22 years of in-market institutional relationships whose name appears on the engagement letter alongside yours — and whose name does not change for the duration of the engagement.Named accountability
02
The fee you see is the fee you pay. Fixed. Always.
$15,000 for the Starter Report. $75,000 for Scale. These numbers are written into the engagement letter. No hourly billing, no day rates, no scope creep invoices, no "plus expenses." If the fee changes, it is because the scope changed by mutual written agreement — and only then.Fixed fee · no hourly billing ever
03
Structural completion in 90 days — or we withhold the tranche
A fully operational entity — registered, banked, and compliant — within 90 calendar days of engagement letter signature. If Foremark misses this commitment, the second tranche payment of $37,500 is not due until completion is achieved. This is Clause 4.2 of every Scale engagement letter.Contractual · not marketing
04
Every piece of intelligence comes from direct access
No Foremark deliverable contains intelligence sourced from public reports, aggregated databases, or secondary research. Every incentive assessment, every regulatory interpretation, every competitive insight comes from direct institutional relationships with DPIIT, DIFC Authority, EDB Singapore, or equivalent bodies.Institutional access only
05
The $15K Starter fee is credited toward Scale — unconditionally
If you commission a Starter Report and proceed to Scale within 90 days, the $15,000 is credited in full against the $75,000 Scale fee. This credit is contractual, unconditional, and written into both engagement letters. It cannot be revoked. The effective cost of Scale for companies that start with a Starter Report is $60,000.Contractual · unconditional · both letters

The institution behind Foremark

WONE Global · 100+ senior partners · 30+ countries

Foremark is a dedicated market entry platform built within the WONE Global network — one of the world's largest networks of senior independent advisors across strategy, finance, governance, and international operations. WONE Global's Chair is Peter S. Johnson, BAccS, CPA, CGA.

The WONE network is what gives every Foremark engagement access to the cross-border expertise that no single corridor-specific firm could provide independently. Banking introductions in DIFC. Treaty analysis across Mauritius, Netherlands, Luxembourg holding jurisdictions. Government relations at principal level. Board advisory from WONE senior partners with decades of regional experience.

Foremark is not WONE Global. It is a purpose-built, focused platform within the network — dedicated to three corridors, staffed by named Country Directors, and accountable for outcomes in a way that general advisory networks are not.
