Careers at Foremark Global

Work at the edge of global capital.

Foremark is a small, expert team operating at the intersection of government policy, international tax, and market entry execution. We are not a consulting firm. We are an execution engine — and we hire people who want to own outcomes, not manage processes.

The flagship opportunity

The Country Director Programme.

The most significant career opportunity Foremark offers is the Country Director position — a named, exclusive principal role in a specific market, earning 65% of engagement revenue from the first engagement.

Country Directors are not employees. They are principals who carry their own name and institutional relationships, backed by Foremark's brand, methodology, client pipeline, and infrastructure. The model is designed for senior professionals who want the economics of a principal position without the capital investment of building a firm from scratch.

Positions are exclusive — one Country Director per market. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The appointment process typically takes 4–6 weeks.
