What we need from you

The criteria for
Country Directors.

Foremark Country Directors are senior professionals who have built their reputation in a specific corridor. The bar is high because our clients expect the best.

Required
3+ Years Corridor Experience
Minimum three years of senior advisory, legal, or finance experience in the target corridor. Verified during the interview process.
Required
Existing In-Market Network
Active relationships with in-market institutions, government bodies, or professional networks relevant to market entry.
Required
Senior Professional Profile
A professional background at partner, director, VP, or equivalent level in advisory, law, banking, accounting, or corporate development.
Required
Full-Time Commitment
Country Directors represent Foremark as a primary professional commitment — not a side arrangement alongside a full-time role elsewhere.
Preferred
Language and Cultural Fluency
Native or professional fluency in the primary business language of the corridor. Strong advantage in all three markets.

Government and Institutional Access
Direct relationships with Invest India, EDB Singapore, ADGM, or sector regulators are a significant advantage.

How the process
works.

Applications are reviewed by Foremark leadership. The process takes 2–3 weeks from initial expression of interest to agreement. We are currently accepting applications for all three corridors.

Expression of Interest
Submit the form with your corridor preference, background, and a brief note on your in-market network. Reviewed within 3 business days.

Initial Conversation
A 45-minute call with Foremark leadership — a frank conversation about your background, ambitions, and fit.

Due Diligence
We verify professional background and references. You review the full Country Director Agreement and commercial terms.
04
Agreement and Onboarding
Partner Agreement signed. Full onboarding to Foremark tools, process, and brand. First client introduction target: 30 days.
