The model in full detail.

A Foremark Country Director is not a franchise. It is not a membership. It is an institutional leadership position for a named professional who carries personal accountability for Foremark's delivery in their market.

You bring your institutional relationships — with government investment promotion bodies, regulatory authorities, and major financial institutions in your market. Foremark brings everything else: the brand, the platform, the client acquisition engine, the intelligence infrastructure, and the WONE Global network.

Senior background in law, accounting, investment banking, or government — with a track record of advising international companies on market entry or structuring.

Institutional alignment

Genuine alignment with Foremark's principles — fixed fees, intelligence-first, named accountability. The Foremark brand requires consistent institutional quality in every interaction.

Exclusivity commitment

Country Directors do not represent competing market entry platforms in the same corridor. The exclusivity is bilateral — Foremark maintains only one Director per market.

Reference & alignment check

Verification of institutional relationships and a detailed alignment discussion covering the Foremark model, the commercial structure, and exclusivity terms.

Country Director agreement

A formal Country Director Agreement covering revenue share, exclusivity, quality standards, brand usage, and the mutual obligations of Foremark and the Director.

Strategic Partner

Refer clients. Earn 10%.

For senior professionals who regularly encounter companies considering international expansion. Register once, refer as often as relevant, earn 10% of the engagement fee on every completed mandate.

How the referral model works

You register as a Strategic Partner

Complete the form below. Foremark reviews and confirms your registration within 3 working days. No exclusivity, no commitment.

You introduce a client

You connect Foremark with a company considering India, UAE, or Singapore entry. Email partners@foremarkglobal.com with the introduction.

Foremark manages the engagement

Foremark handles discovery, scoping, contracting, and delivery. You are kept updated on progress.

You receive 10% of the fee

Paid within 30 days of Foremark receiving the client payment. On a $75K Scale engagement, that's $7,500. On a $200K Enterprise mandate, that's $20,000.
