Decide with
intelligence,
not assumption.

Most companies enter a market on hope, instinct, or a generalist's report. Foremark's Phase 1 intelligence brief is proprietary, sector-specific, and structured as a formal Go/No-Go recommendation — the kind of analysis your board can rely on.

Every deliverable.
Explained.

Phase 1 is not a research report you could find on the internet — it is a proprietary analysis of your specific sector, in your specific corridor, against your specific entry model. Nothing is generic.

📊
Sector Sizing & Market Analysis
A quantified view of your addressable market in the target corridor — total addressable market, serviceable addressable market, current market penetration by foreign competitors, and a realistic 3-year revenue modelling framework based on comparable entrants.
Primary + secondary research
🏛️
Government Incentive Mapping
Every central and state government scheme available to your sector, mapped to your business model. In India: PLI, SEZ, state incentives, R&D deductions. In UAE: free zone selection, QFZP qualification. In Singapore: EDB Pioneer Status, DEI, GTP eligibility. Most companies miss 40–60% of the incentives available to them.
All schemes · all corridors
🗺️
City & Location Recommendation
Not every city in India is the right city for your sector. Not every free zone in the UAE is right for your revenue model. Foremark analyses talent availability, infrastructure, state-level incentives, and proximity to clients to recommend a specific location — with the reasoning.
India: Mumbai / Bengaluru / NCR / Pune / Hyderabad
⚖️
Regulatory Risk Assessment
An honest assessment of the regulatory risks specific to your sector — FDI caps, licensing requirements, sector-specific restrictions, and the realistic timeline and complexity of compliance. This section often changes the entry plan entirely for companies that have been operating on assumptions.
Sector-specific · no generic disclaimers
🔍
Competitive Landscape
Who is already in your space in this corridor. How they entered. What structures they used. What their market positioning reveals about the opportunity — and the risks. Foremark's network provides intelligence that does not appear in any public database.
First-hand network intelligence
Formal Go/No-Go Recommendation
The report concludes with a structured Go/No-Go recommendation: the corridor, the entry model, the structure, and the timing. This is the conclusion your board needs to make the entry decision — or to confidently decide not to enter yet.
Board-presentation format included

Six weeks.
Four steps.

Phase 1 is structured as a fixed-timeline engagement. Foremark's corridor specialist takes full ownership — you provide access and context; we deliver the intelligence.

01
Intake Call
90 minutes. Your entry objectives, sector focus, competitive position, and any existing market knowledge. Foremark's corridor lead prepares a structured briefing document.
Week 1
02
Research & Network Intelligence
Primary and secondary research across your sector. Foremark activates its in-market network — country directors, government contacts, and sector specialists — for intelligence that no database holds.
Weeks 2–4
03
Draft Report & Review
A draft Phase 1 report is shared for your review. One round of refinement is included — typically to sharpen the sector focus or incorporate additional context your team provides.
Week 5
04
Final Report & Board Call
The final Phase 1 report is delivered. A 60-minute board or leadership presentation call is included — Foremark presents the findings and Go/No-Go recommendation directly to your decision-makers.
Week 6

The outputs from
Phase 1.

📋
Phase 1 Intelligence Report
A full-format PDF report covering all six dimensions of the Phase 1 scope. Structured for internal circulation at board and C-suite level. Typically 40–60 pages.
📊
Incentive Mapping Workbook
A structured Excel workbook mapping every government incentive available to your sector — with eligibility criteria, estimated value, and application pathway.
🗺️
Location Shortlist & Scorecard
A city-by-city comparison scorecard across the key criteria for your entry: talent, cost, infrastructure, incentives, and proximity to clients.
⚠️
Regulatory Risk Register
A structured register of sector-specific regulatory risks, with Foremark's assessment of likelihood, impact, and recommended mitigation — written in plain language, not legal disclaimer.
Go/No-Go Recommendation Memo
A standalone executive memo — Foremark's formal recommendation on whether to proceed, the recommended structure, timeline, and immediate next steps. Designed for board paper submission.
📞
Board Presentation & Q&A Call
A 60-minute live call with Foremark's corridor lead presenting directly to your board, investors, or leadership team. Designed to answer the questions that actually drive the decision.

What people ask
about Phase 1.

Is the $15,000 fully credited if we proceed to Phase 2?+
Yes — the Phase 1 fee is credited in full against the Phase 2–6 engagement fee. You are not paying for Phase 1 on top of the full engagement. It is the entry point into the system.
Can we commission Phase 1 for multiple corridors simultaneously?+
Yes. Foremark regularly delivers simultaneous Phase 1 reports across two or three corridors for companies that are deciding between India, UAE, and Singapore. A multi-corridor package is available at a reduced combined fee.
How does this differ from a standard market research report?+
It is not a market research report. It is a proprietary intelligence brief specific to your company, your sector, and your entry model — informed by Foremark's in-market network of country directors, government contacts, and sector specialists. It concludes with a recommendation, not a summary of publicly available data.
Who writes the report?+
A senior Foremark corridor specialist — not a junior associate, not an outsourced research team. The same advisor who delivers the report is available for follow-up questions and, if you proceed, will lead your Phase 2–6 engagement.
What if the report recommends against entry?+
We deliver the honest recommendation. If the data does not support entry into a corridor at this time, Foremark will say so — along with the specific conditions under which entry would become viable, and what timeline you should be monitoring. A No-Go recommendation is as valuable as a Go.
Can we start Phase 2 before Phase 1 is complete?+
In some cases, yes. For companies that have already done significant internal research and have strong conviction on the corridor and entry model, Foremark can compress the Phase 1 scope and begin Phase 2 preparation in parallel from Week 3 onwards.
