Work at the edge of global capital.
Foremark is a small, expert team operating at the intersection of government policy, international tax, and market entry execution. We are not a consulting firm. We are an execution engine — and we hire people who want to own outcomes, not manage processes.
The Country Director Programme.
The most significant career opportunity Foremark offers is the Country Director position — a named, exclusive principal role in a specific market, earning 65% of engagement revenue from the first engagement.
Country Directors are not employees. They are principals who carry their own name and institutional relationships, backed by Foremark's brand, methodology, client pipeline, and infrastructure. The model is designed for senior professionals who want the economics of a principal position without the capital investment of building a firm from scratch.
Positions are exclusive — one Country Director per market. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The appointment process typically takes 4–6 weeks.
For senior professionals with 15+ years of in-market advisory experience and institutional government relationships.
Current roles at Foremark Global.
Named principal responsible for building and leading Foremark's market entry practice in your corridor. You bring the institutional relationships and in-market expertise. Foremark brings the brand, methodology, clients, and infrastructure. You earn 65% of engagement revenue from day one.
You own the day-to-day execution of Foremark's India corridor engagements — coordinating entity registration, regulatory approvals, banking setup, and government liaison across all active Scale clients. You report to the India Country Directors and are the primary operational contact for clients during the execution phase.
You produce the research and analysis that sits inside every Foremark Starter Report and Insights publication. You are not an analyst who hands work to a senior partner to rewrite. Your analysis goes directly to clients and into Foremark's intelligence products — with Country Director review but not rewriting.
You own the Country Director Programme — recruiting, onboarding, and supporting new Country Directors as Foremark expands to 10 new markets in 2026. You also manage Foremark's referral partnership programme and advise on partnership strategy. This is a senior role with direct reporting to the Chair.
Send us your background.
Foremark is a deliberately small team. When we hire, we hire selectively and we keep the team lean. But if you have deep expertise in emerging market entry, government relations, international tax, or professional services leadership — and you want to work at the intersection of capital and policy — we want to hear from you.
