Yes. If you commission a Starter report and subsequently proceed to a Scale engagement
within 90 days, the $15,000 fee is credited in full against your Scale engagement.
The report itself becomes Phase 01 of your full entry programme.
The 90-day commitment in Scale engagements refers to having your legal entity registered,
your banking open, your regulatory approvals in process, and your tax structure in place.
It does not include talent hiring or office setup, which run on a separate timeline.
The 90-day commitment is written into your engagement letter as a Foremark obligation.
The 12-month retainer included in Scale covers compliance calendar management,
statutory filing support, government relations maintenance, and quarterly strategic
reviews. After 12 months, the retainer renews at an agreed annual fee — typically
$15,000–$25,000 per year depending on your complexity and corridor.
Enterprise is fully bespoke. After your discovery call, we produce a detailed scope
document with a fixed fee for each phase. Multi-corridor engagements typically range
from $150,000–$500,000 for the first year, depending on the number of corridors,
complexity of structuring, and scope of talent and operational support required.
Yes. Some clients have existing relationships with local counsel in one market and
engage Foremark for coordination, intelligence, and the markets where they have no
existing relationships. We are designed to replace fragmentation — but we can also
complement existing relationships where they are working well.
The Starter report is a standalone deliverable. If the Go/No-Go recommendation is
negative — or if your board decides not to proceed for any reason — the report stands
on its own. It is a proprietary intelligence document that has genuine value regardless
of whether you proceed with Foremark for execution.
