The people who carry your entry.
Foremark does not use a network of partner firms. Every Country Director is a named individual who carries personal accountability for your engagement — selected for institutional relationships, market depth, and the credibility to represent Foremark as an institutional partner.
Why named accountability matters.
Most advisory networks give you a firm. Foremark gives you a person — a named Country Director with 18–22 years of in-market experience who is personally accountable for your entry from day one to day 365.
They are not account managers. They are not relationship coordinators. They are senior professionals who have spent their careers building the institutional relationships — with governments, regulatory bodies, and market institutions — that make Foremark's delivery possible.
When you engage Foremark, your Country Director is your first call, your last call, and every call in between. Their personal reputation is on the line alongside yours.
Exclusivity. One Country Director per market. No competition for attention, no split accountability.
Every Director is named on your engagement letter. Their reputation and their relationship with Foremark depends on your outcome.
Every Director was selected for relationships with the government bodies, regulatory authorities, and institutional partners that make Foremark's access possible.

Become a Foremark Country Director.
We are identifying senior professionals to lead Foremark in additional high-growth markets. This is not a sales role. It is an institutional leadership position for people who already have the relationships.
Foremark is expanding its corridor coverage and is identifying Country Directors for Saudi Arabia, Japan, Germany, Brazil, and Nigeria — markets with substantial inbound foreign investment interest and complex entry environments where Foremark's model creates the most value.
A Foremark Country Director is a senior professional — typically 15+ years of experience — who already has institutional relationships with the government and regulatory bodies in their market, and who is willing to hold personal accountability for client outcomes under the Foremark brand.
Revenue share model: Foremark retains 30–35% of all engagement fees. Country Director earns 65–70%. Foremark provides brand, marketing, client acquisition, intelligence platform, and institutional access. You provide in-market execution and relationships. No salary. No retainer. Pure performance alignment.
