Who we are

Foremark Global is a trading name of Foremark Advisory Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12345678), and a wholly-owned subsidiary of WONE Global Limited. Our registered office is 1 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5AA.

Foremark Global acts as a data controller for personal data processed in connection with client engagements and enquiries. WONE Global Limited acts as the group-level data processor for back-office and financial administration functions.

What data we collect

Enquiry data: When you submit the Begin Entry form or contact us directly, we collect your name, work email address, telephone number, company name, job title, and the content of your message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to scope a potential engagement.

Engagement data: During an engagement, we may process additional personal data including passport details (for entity formation and visa applications), tax identification numbers, bank account details, and employment records for talent placement services. This data is processed under the legal basis of contractual necessity.

Website analytics: We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use our website. We do not use third-party advertising tracking. No personal identifiers are collected through website analytics.

How we use your data

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, to scope and deliver client engagements, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations in each corridor jurisdiction, and to maintain our institutional relationships with government bodies including Invest India, DIFC Authority, and EDB Singapore.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use personal data for automated decision-making. We do not transfer personal data outside the UK/EEA without appropriate safeguards in place.

Data retention

Enquiry data is retained for 24 months from the date of enquiry and then deleted. Engagement data is retained for 7 years from engagement completion to comply with professional and regulatory requirements, and then deleted in accordance with our data retention schedule.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting legal@foremarkglobal.com. We will respond within 30 days. Where data must be retained for legal or regulatory reasons, we will notify you of this and the applicable retention period.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data, to correct inaccurate data, to request deletion, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

To exercise any of these rights, contact legal@foremarkglobal.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing a request.
