From curiosity to confident operation.

What typically takes 18 months in fragmented advisory relationships takes 8–12 weeks with Foremark. This is exactly how it works — from your first call to your first day of operation.

The Timeline

Five steps. One commitment.

1
Week 1–2

Discovery & scoping call

90 minutes with your Country Director to understand your business, your sector, your ambitions, and your timeline. Everything we say from this point is specific to you — never generic country-level advice or off-the-shelf guidance.

You leave this call with a clear view of which corridor fits your business model, what a realistic timeline looks like, and exactly what Foremark will deliver. No obligation required at this stage. No retainer. No commitment. Just clarity.
2
Week 2–6

Intelligence report & Go/No-Go

A proprietary market intelligence report on your specific sector in your target corridor — including government incentives available to you, competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and a formal Go/No-Go recommendation with full rationale.

This report is a standalone deliverable worth the $15,000 fee on its own. Most clients use it to obtain board approval for the full entry programme. It is produced from scratch for your situation — never from a template, never recycled from a previous engagement.
3
Week 6–14

Structure, register & optimise

We design your legal and tax structure, register your entity, open your corporate banking, secure your regulatory approvals, and apply for every government incentive you qualify for — all coordinated by one Foremark engagement manager with a single timeline.

One team. One timeline. One outcome. No coordination between advisors who have never met. No delays caused by information passing between parties. No version-control failures between the lawyer and the tax advisor. Everything is held by Foremark.
4
Month 3–6

Operational setup & first hire

Your entity is live, your banking is open, your incentives are in process. Now we build the operational foundation — office setup, your first leadership hire, HR policies and employment contracts, and the strategic introductions that make everything easier.

We introduce you to government contacts, sector associations, potential partners and customers. These introductions take years to build organically. Foremark provides them from day one — because our Country Directors have spent decades building them.
5
Ongoing · annual

In-market retainer & expansion

You are operational. We remain with you — managing compliance, monitoring regulatory change, maintaining government relationships, filing your annual requirements, and advising on your next market expansion when the time comes.

Foremark clients typically expand to a second corridor within 24 months of their first entry. Your retainer gives you priority access to Foremark's intelligence and institutional relationships in every market you enter next — at a significantly reduced cost for the Starter phase.
The 90-Day Commitment

What we mean by 90 days.

The 90-day commitment in Foremark Scale engagements is a written obligation in your engagement letter — not an aspiration or a marketing claim. It means that within 90 days of engagement commencement, Foremark will have:

  • Your legal entity registered and constituted in the target market
  • Your corporate banking open and operational
  • Your primary regulatory approvals secured or in progress with a confirmed timeline
  • Your tax structure designed, documented, and implemented
  • Your incentive applications submitted to every relevant body
What the 90 days does NOT include

Talent recruitment and office leasing operate on separate timelines governed by market conditions — typically 1–3 months for a senior hire, 2–4 months for an office. These are Phase 05 deliverables and are scoped separately. The 90-day commitment covers structural and regulatory completion — the foundation everything else sits on.

What happens if we miss the deadline?

If Foremark is the cause of a delay — not a government authority delay, not a client information delay — we continue the engagement at no additional charge until the commitment is fulfilled. This has never happened. But it's in your engagement letter.

The discovery call costs nothing.

90 minutes. Your Country Director. A clear view of your entry — before you commit to anything at all.
